Moisture Barrier Grease Active Grease
High-performance silicone grease that prevents moisture intrusion.
This silicone grease, which contains desiccant, is suitable for many applications in the construction, electrical, and electronics industries. It is used for waterproofing, insulation, sealing, and potting. It includes an irreversible moisture getter function to protect equipment from oxidation and other damage caused by moisture penetration. The adsorption capacity reaches 9.6% by weight, allowing it to absorb nearly 10% of moisture from the external environment, thereby preventing water from coming into contact with sensitive parts of the equipment for a very long time. This desiccant function adds to the already high barrier properties of the active grease and protects devices from moisture even when the desiccant is fully saturated. Additionally, since the active grease is solvent-free, it avoids adverse effects from volatile components.
